What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service applies.

With the right aftercare, a keratin smoothing treatment typically keeps hair smooth and frizz-free for about 3–5 months.
Can I bring a photo or get a consultation first?
Always. We offer a friendly consultation before any colour service or bigger change, so we’re on the same page before we begin.
